This area has great trail systems, including the Continental Divide
trail. This is an end-of-the-road-property, 1/4-mile private drive,
gated. Just 10 miles off US Highway 12 and 30 miles south west of
Helena, On the South west slope of
O'Keefe Mountain in Powell County, SEC. 22-Township 8 North-Range 6
west. Over looking Bison Valley and Mount Powell to the West. Water,
road, are in to all sites. There is Great River and stream fishing
just a short drive from this property. This is a sportsman's dream.
This property provides outstanding year round sports opportunities,
over 300 miles of groomed trails. No planes, trains, sirens, or
lights just peace and quiet. The elevation of the property is 7400
feet and has excellent views.
